...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN TUOLUMNE AND

SOUTHEASTERN ALPINE COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM PDT...



At 514 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Kennedy Meadow, or 7 miles southwest of Sonora Pass, moving south at

10 mph.



HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.

Kennedy Meadow.
