...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN UNION AND

SOUTHWESTERN WALLOWA COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM PDT...



At 407 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Union, or 13 miles southeast of La Grande, moving northeast at 45

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.

Cove.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
