...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GLACIER COUNTY 

AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF GLACIER NATIONAL PARK THROUGH 930 PM MDT...



At 832 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 

miles west of Kiowa, or 9 miles southeast of Logan Pass, moving 

northeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Browning, East Glacier Park Village, South Browning, East Glacier

Park, North Browning, Kiowa, Babb, Saint Mary, and Starr School.
