...STRONG WIND GUSTS FROM WEAKENING THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT 

CENTRAL LEWIS AND CLARK...AND CASCADE COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM MDT...



At 723 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms that were 

generally weakening, but producing strong wind gusts to around 50 

mph. Only light precipitation and little thunder is expected but 

strong winds may produce blowing dust and areas of reduced 

visibility with localized gusts in excess of 50 mph possible.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.

Great Falls, Helena, Cascade, East Helena, Fairfield, Dutton, Fort

Shaw, Augusta, Black Eagle, Wolf Creek, Fort Shaw, Power, York,

Spring Meadow Lake State Park, Eden, Stockett, First Peoples Buffalo

Jump State Park, Ulm, Simms, and Portage.
