...A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT PONDERA...SOUTHWESTERN 

TOOLE AND TETON COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM MDT...



At 650 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms from near 

Shelby south to Choteau with stronger embedded storms near Valier 

and southwest of Shelby. These storms were moving northeast at 25 

mph. In additional to lightning, Strong wind gusts to to 50 mph are 

possible with any of these storms with small hail and brief moderate 

rainfall beneath stronger cells. 



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Shelby, Conrad, Choteau, Valier, Brady, Dupuyer, Ethridge, Pishkun

Reservoir, Ledger, Collins, Bynum, Pendroy, and Farmington.
