...STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH GUSTY WINDS TRACKING EAST ACROSS IDAHO 

NATIONAL LABORATORY...



At 607 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a very small but strong 

thunderstorm near Southeast Idaho National Laboratory, or 19 miles 

southwest of Terreton, moving east at 20 MPH.



HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 MPH. A wind gust to 54 MPH was 

         recently recorded on a weather station on the Idaho 

         National Laboratory site at 600 PM.



SOURCE...Radar indicated and weather station confirmed.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Kettle Butte and Southeast INL.
