...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of east central

Missoula, northeastern Granite and central Powell Counties through

630 PM MDT...



At 538 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 6 miles east of Seeley Lake to 8 miles

southwest of Drummond. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Drummond, Ovando, Garrison, Seeley Lake, Maxville, Jens, Brock Creek,

New Chicago, Clearwater, Bearmouth, Garnet, Helmville, Goldcreek,

Hall, Woodworth, and Greenough.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 90 between mile markers 140 and 173.

 Highway 83 between mile markers 0 and 13.

 Highway 200 E between mile markers 25 and 63.
