...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN GEM...SOUTH CENTRAL

ADAMS AND SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM MDT...



At 902 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Bear Creek Summit, or 11 miles east of Weiser, moving northeast at 25

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor 

         damage to outdoor objects is possible.



This strong thunderstorm will be near...

  Bear Creek Summit and Star Butte around 910 PM MDT.

  Crane Creek Reservoir around 920 PM MDT.
