NORTHERN NATCHITOCHES...NORTHWESTERN SABINE...SOUTHEASTERN RED 

RIVER...SOUTHERN DE SOTO AND SOUTH CENTRAL BIENVILLE PARISHES AND 

EAST CENTRAL SHELBY COUNTY UNTIL 315 PM CDT...



At 250 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong 

thunderstorms extending from 16 miles northeast of Campti to 9 miles 

southwest of Mansfield, or extending from 17 miles southwest of 

Jonesboro to 9 miles southwest of Mansfield, moving south at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.



Locations impacted include...

  Natchitoches, Mansfield, Winnfield, Coushatta, Campti, Converse, 

  Allen, Oak Grove, Pleasant Hill, Martin, Clarence, Goldonna, 

  Huxley, South Mansfield, Saline, Ashland, Calvin, Powhatan, 

  Stanley and Lake End.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio 

stations and available television stations for additional

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. 

Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe 

shelter inside a building or vehicle.
