EASTERN MARION...SOUTHEASTERN CASS AND NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTIES

THROUGH 515 PM CDT...



At 428 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from near Berea to near Karnack to near Waskom.

Movement was northeast at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Waskom, Jefferson, Linden, Oil City, Mooringsport, Karnack, Lodi,

Smithland, Berea, Kildare, Gray, Fairview, Uncertain, Caddo Lake,

Leigh, Pruett, and Bethany.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead

to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
