...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CHEROKEE AND

SOUTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM EDT...



At 855 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12

miles east of Etowah, or 14 miles south of Madisonville, moving east

at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.



Locations impacted include...

Citico, Tellico Plains, and Coker Creek.
