...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CHEROKEE COUNTY THROUGH

900 PM CDT...



At 834 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Gaylesville, or near Cedar Bluff, moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Weiss Dam, Tennala, Leesburg, Cedar Bluff, Fullerton, New Moon,

Yellow Creek Falls, Centre Municipal Airport, Chesnut Bay Resort,

Gaylesville, Centre, Broomtown, Little River Canyon National

Preserve, Cornwall Furnace Park, Western Weiss Lake, Howells

Crossroads, Blanche, Eastern Weiss Lake, Sand Rock, and Moshat.
