NORTHEASTERN HALE AND NORTHWESTERN BIBB COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM

CDT...



At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Shelton State Community College, or 10 miles south of Tuscaloosa,

moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Lake Wildwood, Camp Horne B.S.A., Low Gap, Vance, Phipps, Hagler,

Duncanville, Mercedes Benz Of Alabama, Eoline, Pearson, Harmon, I 20

Rest Area Near Tuscaloosa, Cedar Cove, Coaling, Centreville, Brent,

and Tuscaloosa.
