...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN AUTAUGA...CENTRAL

PERRY AND CENTRAL DALLAS COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM CDT...



At 807 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Vaiden, or 8 miles south of Marion, moving east at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Selma, Valley Grande, Marion, Selmont-West Selmont, Bogue Chitto,

Vaiden, Gardner Island, Tyler, Old Cahaba Park, Dallas County Horse

Arena, Paul M Grist State Park, Memorial Stadium, Burnsville, Marion

Junction, Potter Station, Radford, Hazen, Craig Field Aiport, Valley

Creek Junction, and Selma Drag Strip.
