...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CUSTER AND SOUTH

CENTRAL PENNINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM MDT...



At 242 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Bear Country, or 8 miles south of Rapid City, moving east at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow 

         around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation 

         is possible.



This strong thunderstorm will be near...

  Hart Ranch and Reptile Gardens around 245 PM MDT.

  Black Gap around 255 PM MDT.
