...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN TAYLOR AND

NORTHEASTERN ADAIR COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM EDT/1130 PM CDT/...



At 1157 PM EDT/1057 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong

thunderstorm near Campbellsville, moving south at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Campbellsville, Knifley, Taylor County Airport, Feathersburg, Coburg,

South Campbellsville, Romine, Casey Creek, Elk Horn, and Acton.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
