...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN HARLAN AND

SOUTHEASTERN LESLIE COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM EDT...



At 526 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Bledsoe, or 8 miles north of Harlan, moving southeast at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Harlan, Loyall, Clovertown, Rosspoint, Bledsoe, Kitts, Baxter,

Mozelle, Pine Mountain, Sunshine, Ages, Coxton, Golden Ash, Chappell,

Elcomb, Grays Knob, Harlan Gas, Putney, Spruce Pine, and Napier.
