WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR AREAS ALONG THE

MISSOURI RIVER AND INTO PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST IOWA...



Relative humidity has begun to increase above critical thresholds

this evening. Therefore the Red Flag Warning will be allowed to

expire at 10 pm.
