...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

THROUGH 630 PM EDT...



At 543 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Fish Hawk, moving south at 5 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Fish Hawk, Brandon, Valrico, Alafia River State Park, Lithia Springs

State Park, Bloomingdale, and Boyette.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
