...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

THROUGH 445 PM EDT...



At 411 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Tampa International Airport, or near Tampa. This thunderstorm was

nearly stationary.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Tampa, Egypt Lake-Leto, Tampa International Airport, Greater

Carrollwood, Citrus Park, West Park, Raymond James Stadium, Soho,

University Of Tampa, and Town N Country.
