...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL ST. JOHNS AND EAST

CENTRAL DUVAL COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM EDT...



At 939 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers and a thunderstorm 

east of Sawgrass, or 8 miles southeast of Ponte Vedra Beach, moving 

northwest at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and minor flooding due to heavy 

         rainfall.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach,

Palm Valley, Sawgrass, and San Pablo.
