At 423 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Woodbine, moving south at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.
