AND CENTRAL MARLBORO COUNTIES THROUGH 230 AM EDT...



At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms near Hartsville, moving east at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Bennettsville, Hartsville, Darlington, North Hartsville, Dovesville,

Mont Clare, Brownsville, Lydia, Auburn, Darlington Raceway, Swift

Creek, Clyde, Mechanicsville, Oats, Floyd, Kellytown, Society Hill,

Blenheim, and Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
