...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL UNION COUNTY THROUGH

MIDNIGHT EDT...



At 1125 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6

miles south of Union, or near Rose Hill State Park, moving northeast

at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Rose Hill State Park, Lockhart, Sedalia, Monarch Mill, Santuc, Cross

Keys, and Union.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 



A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for
