...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT DORCHESTER...CHARLESTON...

BERKELEY AND COLLETON COUNTIES UNTIL 815 PM EDT...



At 724 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over 

Delemar Crossroads, moving southeast at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

  Summerville, West Ashley, Johns Island, Hanahan, I-26/I-526 

  Interchange, North Charleston, James Island, Downtown Charleston, 

  Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island.



This includes the following highways...

	I-26 between mile markers 212 and 221.

	I-526 between mile markers 11 and 21...and

	between mile markers 25 and 31.
