...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of eastern Fairfield,

southeastern Lancaster and central Kershaw Counties through 100 AM

EDT...



At 1222 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Lake Wateree Dam, moving northeast at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Camden, Lake Wateree Dam, Kershaw, Cassatt, Westville, Mt Pisgah,

Bethune, North Central High School, Dekalb, Lake Wateree near Highway

97, and Midway Elementary School.
