...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Lancaster

County through 1145 PM EDT...



At 1112 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Fort Lawn, or near Lancaster, moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Lancaster, Elgin, USC Lancaster, Irwin, Buford, Fishing Creek 

Reservoir, Tradesville, Antioch, Kirk Air Base, Forty Acre Rock 

Preserve, Taxahaw, Pleasant Hill, Kershaw Correctional Institution, 

Lancaster Mill, McWhirter Airfield, and Bear Creek Park.
