SOUTHEASTERN CHARLOTTE AND SOUTHEASTERN HALIFAX COUNTIES THROUGH 1000

PM EDT...



At 940 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Dryburg, or near Redoak, moving southeast at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.

Redoak...

Clover...

Staunton River State Park...

Dryburg...

and John H Kerr Reservoir.
