...A BAND OF SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF EASTERN ESSEX...HUDSON...NEW 

YORK (MANHATTAN)...KINGS (BROOKLYN) AND SOUTHERN QUEENS COUNTIES...



HAZARDS...A band of snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to less 

than one mile. This area of snow is producing moderate to briefly 

heavy snow that could accumulate up to an inch in spots. 



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1110 PM EST, a band of snow extended from 

near East Orange in New Jersey to Ozone Park and Howard Beach in 

Queens, and was moving southeast at 25 mph. 



LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

Jersey City, Hoboken, Harrison, Crown Heights, Kennedy Airport,

Canarsie, Lower East Side, East Village, SoHo, Kearny, Howard Beach,

Ozone Park, Brooklyn Heights, Battery Park, and Park Slope.
