HAZARDS...A snow band which can rapidly reduce visibility to less 

than one mile and leave a dusting to an inch of accumulation. 



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 947 PM EST, a narrow band of snow 

extended from near Roseland to Jersey City, moving east at 40 mph.

Jersey City, Orange, Harrison, Crown Heights, Canarsie, Lower East

Side, SoHo, Kearny, Brooklyn Heights, Battery Park, Park Slope, East
