...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT ORANGE COUNTY THROUGH 530 PM

EDT...



At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from near Grahamsville to Hurleyville to near

Maplewood to Eldred to Lackawaxen. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Newburgh, Middletown, Port Jervis, Monroe, Walden, Warwick, Goshen,

Howells, New Windsor, Gardnertown, Chester, Montgomery, Greenwood

Lake, Florida, and Harriman.
