...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND

SOUTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...



At 535 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Clare, moving east at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

Tupper Lake Village, Clifton, Tupper Lake, Piercefield, Clare, Fine,

Colton, Russell, Pitcairn, Edwards, Lower Oswegatchie, Conifer,

Horseshoe Lake, Wanakena, Degrasse, Gale, Cranberry Lake, Newton

Falls, Childwold, and Star Lake.
