...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND

SOUTHERN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM EDT...



At 347 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms 7 miles north of Fine, moving southeast at 10 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.

Richville, Gouverneur Village, Rensselaer Falls, Hammond Village,

Heuvelton, Hermon Village, Morristown Village, De Peyster, Clifton,

Russell, Hammond, Clare, Gouverneur, Colton, Hermon, Macomb, Rossie,
