...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS AND

NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 145 PM EDT...



At 1248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over

Highgate Falls, moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.

Enosburg Falls, Franklin, Jay, Jay In Franklin County, Westfield,

Berkshire, Highgate Falls, Montgomery Center, Richford, Highgate,

Enosburg Falls Village, Sheldon, Lake Carmi State Park, Enosburg,

Montgomery, Troy, Swanton, Fairfield, East Richford, and Sheldon

Junction.
