HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of 20 MPH which

can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.



LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 700 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was along

a line extending from near Laceyville to near Burlington and moving

east at 35 MPH.



LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

Falls, Vernon, Towanda, West Franklin, Tunkhannock, Troy, Wilmot,

Hollenback, Mehoopany, and West Burlington.
