AND WESTERN POWHATAN COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM EDT...



At 859 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong

thunderstorms over Dillwyn, moving east at 20 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 

         possible.



This strong thunderstorm will be near...

  Cumberland and Guinea Mills around 925 PM EDT.



Other locations impacted by this storm include Hatchers, Trents Mill,

Angola, Ashby, Oak Forest, Provost, Rodophil, McRae, Clinton, and

Tamworth.
