...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees expected.



* WHERE...The lower Klamath, Scott and Shasta valleys of Central 

  Siskiyou County and Western Siskiyou County. This includes the 

  cities of Happy Camp, Etna, Fort Jones, Yreka, Weed and Montague.



* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freezing conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low cloud cover and fog may preclude freezing 

  conditions in some areas, but the probability of temperatures 

  lower than 32 degrees is 50% or greater in the areas mentioned.

* WHAT...Temperatures of 32 to 35 degrees will result in frost 

  formation. Cloud cover or fog could preclude frost formation in 

  some areas, especially around Medford and Grants Pass.



* WHERE...The Rogue, Applegate and Illinois Valleys of Jackson and 

  Josephine counties. This includes Cave Junction, Selma, Applegate, 

  Ruch, Jacksonville, Ashland and also outlying areas around Medford 

  and Grants Pass like Eagle Point and Shady Cove, where cloud cover 

  is a little less likely.



* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Low visibility 

  could make driving conditions hazardous.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cloud cover and fog may preclude frost 

  development in some areas, but the probability of frost is 50% or 

  greater in the areas mentioned.
