* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 39 below expected.



* WHERE...Daniels, Northern Valley, and Sheridan Counties.



* WHEN...Until 7 AM MST Sunday.



* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 

  on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes. Very cold temperatures 

  can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 

hat, and gloves.



Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and 

unfrozen water.
