WEDNESDAY...



* WHAT...Low temperature Tuesday morning will be between 24 and 32

  degrees. On Wednesday morning, lows will be between 18 and 26

  degrees.



* WHERE...Fort Collins, Boulder and the western suburbs of Denver,

  Denver, and Castle Rock.



* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM MDT

  Tuesday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM Tuesday to 10 AM

  MDT Wednesday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor

  plumbing.
