* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western 

  Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.



* WHEN...From midnight CST /1 AM EST/ Saturday Night to noon CST /1 

  PM EST/ Sunday.



* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
