* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 15 and 20 below expected.



* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central 

  Illinois and northeast Missouri.



* WHEN...From 9 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday.



* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero 

  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
