* WHERE...Adair, Allen, Barren, Clinton, Cumberland, Metcalfe, 

  Monroe, and Russell Counties.



* WHEN...From midnight Saturday Night to noon CST Sunday.



* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 

  is exposed to these temperatures.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central, north 

  central, northwest, and south central Kentucky.



* WHEN...From 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 1 PM EST /noon CST/ Sunday.



* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could 

  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and 

  hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these 

  temperatures.
