* WHAT...Temperatures ranging from the upper 20s to middle 30s are 

  forecast, which will result in frost formation.



* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin.



* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Friday.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
