* WHAT...Temperatures are expected to drop into the lower to middle

  30s will result in frost formation. A few locations across central

  and east-central WI could drop into the upper 20s.



* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin.



* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
