* WHERE...Burke, Divide, Mountrail, and Williams Counties.



* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST Friday. For the

  Cold Weather Advisory, from noon Friday to noon CST Saturday.



* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on

  exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
