Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. The extended period of significantly below freezing temperatures could also cause ruptured water pipes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest of wind chills are expected Sunday afternoon through Sunday night, especially across the higher mountain ridges.
