* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 t0 20 below.



* WHERE...In northwestern Connecticut, Litchfield County. In western 

  Massachusetts, Berkshire County. In eastern New York, the eastern 

  Catskills, Helderbergs, Taconics and southern portions of the mid 

  Hudson Valley.



* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.



* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could 

  result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will be across the 

  higher elevations of the eastern Catskills and Berkshires.
