...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM MDT

FOR NORTHWESTERN MADISON AND NORTHEASTERN BEAVERHEAD COUNTIES...



At 229 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles southwest

of Twin Bridges, or 13 miles southwest of Sheridan, moving northeast

at 35 mph.



HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 

         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.



Locations impacted include...

Sheridan and Twin Bridges.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
