...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL AMITE COUNTY IS CANCELLED...



The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.

Therefore, the warning has been cancelled for Amite County. 



However, this is still a dangerous storm just to the north in 

Franklin County wiht a Tornado Emergency in effect. Please seek 

shelter in these areas!



A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for southern

Mississippi.
