...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT

FOR SOUTHEASTERN LAFOURCHE PARISH...



At 403 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Port Fourchon,

or 25 miles south of Galliano, moving south at 20 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

If on or near areas of water, get away and move to safe shelter

immediately. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be

struck by lightning. Severe thunderstorms can produce large capsizing
